Lee Stafford Bleach Blondes Shampoo

By Alexa - May 24, 2020

Since lightening my hair, I've always been on the lookout for toning products and specifically shampoos. I usually stuck with the Provoke Touch of Silver range but since it sold out online, I branched out into other brands.

It's hard to go wrong with a shampoo, and since this is a wash out product I didn't hesitate in trying something new. And I'm glad I didn't! The Lee Stafford Purple Reign shampoo has worked wonders for my hair colour. I don't dye my hair but use lightening products to gradually lift the tone.

This retails for £6.99 at Boots, prior to any discounts, and is 250ml. This is good value considering it's not recommended as an everyday product but rather as a type of weekly treatment. I use it every other day as I'm still lightening my hair so don't want any brassy tones developing. It hasn't made my hair all that silver or purple toned so can be used regularly.

This also lathers up really well so a 50p coin amount should do the trick. The scent is quite artificial but nonetheless very pleasant to use, and it definitely has that 'salon quality' feel to it. I haven't noticed any other major benefits but my hair does dry into a more sleek texture with slightly fewer knots, so this may have helped.

I can definitely recommend this to you guys if you're in the market for a new shampoo for blonde hair . Not to mention, it's vegan and cruelty free.

Have you tried this?

xoxo
