Aussie Miracle Oils and Mists

By Alexa - April 26, 2020

Today I have a new haircare review for you guys, this one is quite exciting as one of my OG favourite brands just turned cruelty-free officially! The Aussie Miracle Oil range is perfect to test out whilst at home as the last step of your haircare routine.

I use the 3 Miracle Oil Reconstructor at the moment, and have just picked up the Conditioning Mist.
I have to say my hair looks a lot more tame and manageable with the oil, although slightly weighed down, I do prefer this to having frizz or fly-aways. The oil is priced at £6 and the conditioning mist is also around £6. Both decent prices for drugstore brands, and considering an oil and mist goes a long way on the lengths.

Although described as lightweight, the oil only needs about three pumps to go through the ends. As mine is super long (at my elbows!) I use ten pumps and my ends always look so dry after washing so this really soaks in and tames the split ends. It's not a substitute for cutting your hair regularly, but it definitely smells nice and adds a sleek effect to the lengths.

The mist smells even better - of course the jojoba oil in both must be the sweet extract and this is great for when we're finally allowed out and doubles as hair perfume! This adds a very subtle gleam to the hair, not life changing but also quite a fine mist so it should be suitable for all hair types.

Aussie has a great reputation and I'm so happy it's finally cruelty-free so I'll be stocking up in Boots. Let me know if you try any of these!

xoxo
