Lee Stafford Argan Oil

By Alexa - August 23, 2020

A hair oil I recently discovered was the Lee Stafford Argan Oil, at Boots. This is described as a nourishing lightweight oil. I have only tried argan oil once in the past and it was a heavy consistency and I never really thought to go back to using pure oil. This one had very high ratings and I'm a fan of the brand so I wanted to try something a little more moisturising!

Although this is a small tube, it retails for £11.99 (Argan oil is a very cheap natural resource sold abroad, but most brands mark up the price). This is reasonable for a hair oil with natural extracts as oil goes a long way and I find myself only using two or three pumps per use.

The packaging is always aesthetic and fun, it's definitely catered at younger hair. This is also one of their many vegan products so it's my go-to at the drugstore for haircare brands. You get 50ml for £11.99 and I would say it even compares to Moroccan Oil which is much pricier. It has a lightweight consistency so it never weighs my hair down and always dries to a smooth shine, as long as you don't overuse it.
It has a very pleasant scent and adds a natural shine which prevents frizz on the ends of my hair, which is what I was hoping for! It isn't a miracle product in my opinion, but it does make my hair smell lovely and feel smoother and healthier. The argan oil extract of course will have benefits for your hair, but these would be after long term use.

Have you tried this?

xoxo
