A product I've been loving over the past few years but noticed I hadn't shared with you guys, is how I switched out caffeine for a more natural, gentle alternative. I will admit, getting up at 5am everyday for work has taken a toll on my energy levels so I got back into the habit of morning coffees!
BUT, I strongly recommend switching it out even for just a month - you'll see what a difference this can make. Linking this into anxiety disorders, caffeine can wreak havoc on your day if you don't establish a really great morning routine. This is of course another topic, but even drinking something light and healthy can really help keep your mind clear.
My favourite has been the below; matcha and chai lattes. They contain less caffeine than coffee and are derived from natural herbal extracts.
The reishi mushroom pack is of course the ancient superfood reishi mushroom. This has been an Asian remedy for centuries, based on my knowledge, and is a super immune booster and improves mental clarity. The chai latte will give you the placebo effect of having your 'morning coffee' without increasing heart rate and a racing mind!
The matcha latte is basically matcha tea which is a supercharged version of green tea (almost 10x stronger!) but never gives me the heart palpitations or racing thoughts that coffee does. It boosts my energy and makes me feel somewhat cleansed, as it has a much lighter consistency. These are both from Sweet Revolution which can be bought online, for about £6.99. This lasted me about a month of daily use and with heated oat milk it's the most delicious vegan alternative to buying a takeaway coffee!
