I've accumulated quite the skincare stock (read: addiction) and have officially run out of space in my skincare cupboard. I had to dedicated a whole cupboard to my products, so it is definitely time to begin testing these babies out.
The first is something I used during the entire winter period, Superfood Facial Wash by Elemis. This was a really refreshing gel cleanser I used after removing my makeup in the shower. I received this in the Look Fantastic advent calendar and I don't think I've ever tried this brand before. The scent smells like a luxurious blend of botanical extracts with possibly ginseng added. It was a very 'earthy' scent.
It made my skin feel very clean without that drying squeaky clean feeling. I felt like anything I used over the top such as a night serum would sink in perfectly.
Next up are two very different creams - one is a Makeup Revolution serum I relied on as an evening pre-moisturising ritual. It didn't do miracles but it felt nice to be layering up a lighter serum designed to lighten blemishes with a thicker cream. I featured this one in an empties video on my Youtube, so I won't blabber on.
The final item is something I actually won on eBay, be cautioned, bidding is not for the faint of heart. This was included in a luxury makeup bundle that for some reason someone didn't want. Of course everything was unopened and I've only just started using this one. I have a few items from the brand so I'm excited to use them within one routine.
Omorovicza is a well known Hungarian brand, and this Balancing Moisturiser feels really soft and light on the skin but also provides enough moisture to be a good base for makeup. I trust this brand as it's so highly reviewed (and expensive!) that with continued use this could be one of my holy grail items.
Have you tried any of these?
xoxo
