A topic I'm strongly passionate about is the law of attraction. To me, this is simply a mindset and way to reprogram your mind to allow more blessings and miracles into your life.
One of the easiest methods and key first steps to turning things around in your favour, is the practice of gratitude. Read on below to see my top tips on implementing gratitude into your daily life!
1 // Writing a List
This is essentially journaling but only for positive parts of your day. Find at least ten things that went well or that you're proud of today, and write them out. Writing it out physically also connects our minds and takes more time than typing so is a good habit to get into. The more you write, the happier you will feel, as your mind is putting focus on positive things and you'll realise how amazing your life actually is! We all have so many things others don't and being conscious of this will train our minds to find the positive in every situation (eventually).
2 // Saying Thank You
As soon as something good happens, say thank you to God, the universe, source or whichever higher power you believe in. For me this is God, but I understand not everyone is religious, but putting out thanks in your mind or verbally is more powerful than you realise! Also thanking others in our lives creates a positive environment, makes a better impression on others and makes us feel good for being kind! All these aspects combined, will help you stay in a high vibration mindset!
